It Started With Drywall and a Handshake.
Ronald Berline founded the company in 1974, starting in drywall, metal stud framing, and ceilings. The work was straightforward and so was the promise: show up, do it right, stand behind it.
Fifty years later the scope has grown into full commercial general trades, but the trades Ron started with are still self-performed by Berline crews — and the promise hasn’t changed.

Zach helps lead Berline Construction’s day-to-day operations as part of the third generation of family leadership. With a practical understanding of the business, the crews, and the relationships that have shaped Berline over time, Zach carries forward the company’s focus on quality work, clear communication, and doing right by clients project after project.
Brian brings decades of experience and a hands-on understanding of how Berline plans, estimates, and delivers work. Connected to the company since its earlier leadership, he helps guide projects with steady communication, practical problem-solving, and the follow-through clients have come to expect from Berline.
